Mission

Our mission is to expand God’s Kingdom in our community, spreading the message of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary.

We strive to reach our goal by engaging in various forms of ministry to address different needs, such as:

  • Gatherings for spiritual growth

  • Home-based gatherings

  • Ministerial education

  • Youth meetings and events

  • Family activities

  • Conferences

  • Outreach and evangelization activities

  • Supporting social, academic, sports, and business initiatives

  • 24/7 “Prayer Tower” for prayer requests.

History

The beginnings of the ministry can be traced back to the loving heart of God, who placed His will in the hearts of Pastor Alejandro F. Musumeci and his wife Anna Maria Musumeci. This led them to hold their first “Reuniones de Fe” (Faith Gatherings) in 1995 at the Ramada Inn Hotel Events Room in Salinas, California.

Since then, the ministry, supported by an active and devoted group of brothers and sisters in Christ, has expanded to cover California and other states. It has established and planted several new churches in the process.

The ministry currently oversees congregations in King City (CA), Sacramento (CA), Yuma (AZ), and San Luis (Mexico). Additionally, it supports several missionary efforts and ministries abroad.

A Vision for Expansion Project

The ministry is currently undertaking an expansion project on a 10-acre site that will allow the church to realize its vision fully..

The scope of the project includes the following:

  • Auditorium for 2,200 people

  • Classrooms for training

  • Offices

  • Cafeteria

  • Bookstore

  • Sports center with soccer and basketball courts

  • Snack bar

  • Recreational area.

In our 27 years of ministry in Salinas, a city where we received the call to serve in the ministry and endured various challenges and hardships. We hold our Faith Gatherings in multiple buildings, including event halls, other church buildings, and conference centers.

We sold the building, thus allowing us to pay off all the debt on a 10-acre property. Later, during the Covid-19 pandemic in our city, we continued to hold outdoor Sunday Faith Gatherings offering Spanish and English via a drive-in service. In these meetings, the glory of God has miraculously manifested.

Subsequently, we purchased our building. However, after 18 years of operating in the same place, God prompted our hearts to sell our building shortly before the pandemic began. We now understand that He was preparing us for what was coming: difficult times worldwide and challenging times for the churches.

The Lord guided us to continue our gatherings on the property inside a tent called "La Carpa de la Fe” (“The Faith Tent”), which has a seating capacity of 1,600 and is still standing after two years. Today we have another undertaking ahead of us to finish constructing a new building and empowering those within it, equipping and providing the necessary tools to keep helping our community during this harvest time and beyond, creating a lasting impact for future generations.
